You’ll receive all the files promptly in an organised file and clearly named. We will incorporate your logo, brand colours, and contact information directly into the plan layout, ensuring that all marketing materials maintain a consistent brand identity and exude a polished look. As we specialise in fully styled and staged plans, you will receive a copy of the floor plan furnished, demonstrating how the space can be utilised with furniture to achieve scaled-down proportions. This approach enhances the emotional and personal connection to the space or property. Additionally, we will provide you with a copy of the unfurnished plan to cater to your specific requirements. Please inform us if you have any particular aesthetic preferences or visual elements you would like to incorporate into the property.

Yes—just send us your change list via email. We handle all edits in-house to preserve measurement accuracy and visual consistency. Minor tweaks and corrections are free; major redraws or additions are available at a competitive rate. We are not happy until you're happy!

The QR code embedded within your floor plan title block is fully customizable. You can request that the destination link to your agency’s contact page, a booking form, or any other URL, and subsequently track scan-to-engagement metrics through your analytics platform. Alternatively, you can direct the QR code to the 360° Matterport virtual tour. The choice is yours to maximise user engagement; please inform us of your requirements.

Our Complimentary Virtual Tour As part of our comprehensive Floor Plan service, you will receive an industry-standard virtual tour captured using the Matterport Pro3 camera on the Matterport platform. The tour link will be promptly sent to you, allowing you to decide whether and when to incorporate the Matterport tour into your marketing campaign. This value-added bonus is designed to differentiate your listings. Inclusions of the Complimentary Virtual Tour : • Internal Property Coverage: Every room, hallway, balcony, and enclosed/roofed patio area is scanned in 360°—at no extra cost. (Closed or small cupboards, locked rooms, and areas without safe access will not appear in the final tour.) • Hosting (1 month): Your tour is hosted securely on our Matterport account for one month, free of charge. Optional upgrades: • Exterior & Full-Site Scan: Enhance your tour by including gardens, backyards, or the entire site with our competitively priced “External & Site Scan” package. • Extended Hosting: If you’d like to keep the tour live longer, simply choose our 6-month or annual hosting plan.

• Direct Link: We email you a unique URL that opens your 360° Matterport tour in any browser—no login required. • Embed Code: Grab the iframe snippet we provide to embed the tour seamlessly on your website or listing page. • QR Code: Scan the QR code printed on your floor-plan title block to jump straight into the tour on any smartphone. • Share Options: You can also post the direct link on social media, include it in emails or SMS, or send it to buyers and stakeholders. We will host the complimentary Virtual Tour for one month. Please let us know prior to the one-month limit if you require a longer period.

You will receive a file package for your floors plans in high-res JPG/PNG for web, print-ready PDF (A4/A3 -landscape ratio), all stamped with your agency’s logo and brand colours. The Realestate.com.au and Domain websites version of the floor plan is included in the package. In addition you will receive the Matterport link for the virtual tour. DWGs (CAD format) can be delivered at special request.
