At VRD Tours, we aim to go above and beyond. We use the latest model Pro3 camera that produces high-quality panoramic 360˚ photographs as well as accurate, measurable information. We use the industry-standard Matterport platform due to its security and user-friendly interface.

We proudly service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Tweed, and Byron Shire with our professional in-house team to ensure quality and local knowledge.

Standard turnaround is 24 hours for properties up to 350m2 (internal area) and up to 2 days for larger-sized properties or commercial sites from the time of measurement. Quicker turnaround times can be negotiated.

You will receive an industry-standard virtual tour captured using the Matterport Pro3 camera on the Matterport platform. The Matterport platform allows for an easy-to-use and immersive experience that allows the user to move freely about within the spaces captured in the virtual tour. The tour link will be promptly sent to you once processing has been completed, allowing you to incorporate it into your marketing campaign or website.

With you matterport tours you will be able to :

• Use Notes to add comments within a space.

• Create accurate measurements.

• Generate 4K print quality photos, and guided tours.

• Share on social media sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Publish to Google Street View

• Embed your 3D space on your website.

Inclusions of the Virtual Tour :

• Internal Property Coverage: Every room, hallway, balcony, and enclosed/roofed patio area is scanned in 360° (Closed or small cupboards, locked rooms, and areas without safe access will not appear in the final tour.)

• Hosting (6 month): Your tour is hosted securely on our Matterport account for 6 months. 1 year (recurring) options are available

Optional upgrades:

• Exterior & Full-Site Scan: Enhance your tour by including gardens, backyards, or the entire site with our competitively priced “External & Site Scan” package.

• Extended Hosting: If you’d like to keep the tour live longer, simply choose our 1-year (recurring billing) option.

• Exports from the Virtual Tours: Floor Plans (PDF and DWG), Point Cloud - Colourised E57 files, High-resolution reflected ceiling plan and Floor-Plan images, 3D mesh file (.OBJ) including the necessary texture map image files (.JPG)

Virtual tours are provided as-is; however, if you have identified an issue within the tour, we are happy to make corrections as required. This may require an additional visit and processing time at our cost.

• Direct Link: We email you a unique URL that opens your 360° Matterport tour in any browser—no login required.

• Embed Code: Grab the iframe snippet we provide to embed the tour seamlessly on your website or listing page.

• QR Code: Scan the QR code printed on your floor-plan title block to jump straight into the tour on any smartphone.

• Share Options: You can also post the direct link on social media, include it in emails or SMS, or send it to buyers and stakeholders.

We will host the Virtual Tour for 6 months. Please let us know prior to the six-month limit if you require a longer period. If required, we can transfer the virtual tour to your Matterport account. Please ask.
