Please be advised that this is a standalone Virtual Tour service. If you require the Floor Plan Service that includes the virtual tour, kindly go back and select that service. 360˚ Virtual Tour: Upon completion of processing, you will receive an industry-standard virtual tour captured using the Matterport Pro3 camera on the Matterport platform. The Matterport platform facilitates an intuitive and immersive experience, enabling users to freely navigate within the captured spaces. The tour link will be promptly dispatched to you for incorporation into your marketing campaign or website. Key Benefits of Matterport Tours: - Annotations: Utilise notes to add comments within a space. - Measurements: Accurately measure dimensions. - Social Sharing: Share on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. - Geographic Expansion: Publish your space directly to Google Maps and Street View. - Website Embedding: Embed your 3D space on your website. - Analytics: Gain insights into user activity, including total users, views, and clicks. Additional included Services Offered: - Customised Highlight Reels and Information Tags: We can create tailored highlight reels and information tags to enhance your tour’s presentation. - Guided Tours: Set up guided tours through the space. - High-Resolution Media: Download 4K still images and teaser videos for marketing purposes. Additionally, we provide a customised QR code graphic file (SVG & PNG) with a link to the online tour. - Internal Property Coverage: Every room, hallway, balcony, and enclosed/roofed patio area is scanned in 360 degrees. Closed or small cupboards, locked rooms, and areas without safe access will not be included in the final tour. - Hosting (6 months): Your tour is securely hosted on our Matterport account for six months. Recurring options are available for one year. The maximum number of tags we will assign to your tour is 20. You are welcome to add additional tags. Optional Upgrade Add-Ons: - Exterior & Full-Site Scan: Enhance your tour by including gardens, backyards, or the entire site with our competitively priced “External & Site Scan” package. - Extended Hosting: If you would like to extend the live duration of your tour, simply select our one-year (recurring billing) option. - Exports from the Virtual Tours Add-Ons: - Point Cloud: Colourised E57 files - High-resolution reflected ceiling plan and floor-plan images - 3D mesh file (.OBJ) including the necessary texture map image
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions at https://vrdtours.com/terms-conditions The following is an excerpt of Section 7 only; full terms for conducting business with VRD Tours are listed at the web address above FULL REFUND WINDOW Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment receive a 100% refund of any prepaid fees. (T&Cs Section 7) LATE CANCELLATION FEE Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee. (T&Cs Section 7) SERVICE HINDRANCE FEE If our team is prevented from delivering services within the first 30 minutes due to any of the following, a 50% fee applies: -No access granted or property inaccessible -No power on-site (insufficient lighting) -Unsafe or unsuitable conditions (e.g. excessive clutter/rubbish) -Owner/tenant permission denied for measure, scan, photo or drone work -Material discrepancy between quoted specifications and actual conditions (T&Cs Section 7) RESCHEDULING POLICY Free reschedule if you notify us more than 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 50% rescheduling fee. (T&Cs Section 7) NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing—via email to support@vrdtours.com or through the Wix booking platform. (T&Cs Section 7) VRD TOURS' (VRD SPATIAL) RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR CANCEL We may terminate or suspend any booking immediately for breach of contract, insolvency, safety concerns, or other serious issues. If we cancel or suspend a booking for reasons beyond your control, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unperformed work, less costs already incurred. (T&Cs Section 7) All fees are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
